Complicated Truss roof Velux-style loft conversion
This project was a complicated Truss roof Velux-style loft conversion – very large and challenging!
Here the crane is lifting in the four steels, which weighed an average of one ton a piece!
Our client’s criteria was for an open plan feel, beginning with a marble laid floor, a large double bull-nose quadrant landing, leading up a solid oak staircase with twisted metal spindles.
Large master bedroom with electric Velux windows and blinds fitted.
Carcass works for the ensuite – with first fix plumbing and electrical works in place.
Stunning ensuite with freestanding ‘egg shell’ bath, ‘his and hers’ wash basins and over-sized shower tray sunken into the wall.
