Rear dormer loft conversion and ground floor kitchen/family room extension in Hornchurch, for a young family with two small children.

This loft was converted installing a rear box dormer, with upvc doors opening onto a ‘Juliette’ style powder coated galvenised steel balcony.  The room provided a large master bedroom with ensuite and fitted cupboards, providing lots of added storage space.

The ground floor extension opened up the whole area to the garden.  The room provided kitchen, dining and tv living area for all of the family.  The two young children loved the open aspect and used it as a play room, tv area and even rode their scooters around the island cabinets.  The original small cosy lounge to the front of the property, which was previously used by all the family, was converted to an ‘adults only’ room for their sole use once the children were tucked up in bed!
