Dining room – clients didn’t want spindles visible on the staircase, so we came up with the idea of closing it in and fitting a flat capping handrail with a ‘shadow line’ to define the line

Fireplace in the lounge used to sit on the original back wall.  Our clients wanted it retained, so we extended the fireplace to the other side, with reclaimed bricks, using lime mortar and a dual aspect wood burner was installed to also benefit the ‘reading’ area of the room

Ensuite to master bedroom – the clients came up with the excellent idea of installing top glass inserts, to borrow natural light from the main bathroom behind.  Clients also sourced a local company to manufacture a bespoke shower door with attractive slotted handle
